This Privacy Policy explains what information Asli ("we", "us") collects from businesses that register for an Asli account, and from the end customers who use our public verification pages, and how that information is used.
When you register a business account, we collect your name, email address, business or brand name, and password (stored in hashed form — we never store or have access to your plaintext password).
When you place an order for verification codes, we record the quantity ordered, the price and total amount, and the order status.
Payment is processed entirely by our payment partner, Wayl (thewayl.com). Asli never receives or stores your card number, bank details, or other payment credentials — that information is handled directly by Wayl under their own privacy policy.
When a customer verifies a product using a code on your public verification page, we log the timestamp and IP address of that request. This is used solely to detect abuse (such as automated code-guessing) and is not linked to any other personal profile.
We use Wayl as our payment processor. When you complete a payment, you are redirected to Wayl's own hosted payment page, governed by their terms and privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Wayl's policies directly at their website.
We retain your account and order information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for accounting, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing, restricted server access, and encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the platform. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information at any time by contacting us at the email below. Deleting your account will also revoke your active verification page and remaining codes.
Asli uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and a security token to protect forms from cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Asli is a business-to-business service and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect information from, children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
