Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Asli ("we", "us"). By registering for an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Asli generates unique, single-use verification codes for businesses to place on their product packaging, along with a branded public verification page where end customers can confirm a product's authenticity.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Orders and Payment

Codes are ordered and priced according to the quantity tiers shown on your dashboard at the time of order. Payment is processed by our payment partner, Wayl, in Iraqi Dinar (IQD). Orders are fulfilled — codes generated and made available for download — once payment is confirmed by Wayl.

Refund requests may be submitted to us at the contact email below and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our payment processor's refund policies.

4. Code Usage

Each code generated through Asli is single-use and intended solely for placement on your own product packaging to allow your customers to verify authenticity. You are responsible for how codes are printed, distributed, and used once delivered to you.

5. Prohibited Use

• Attempting to guess, brute-force, or systematically enumerate verification codes
• Using the service to verify counterfeit, misrepresented, or unauthorized products
• Reselling, sharing, or transferring your account or verification codes to another business
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or its infrastructure

6. Service Availability

Asli is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses related to misuse of codes by third parties.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Asli after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
